Craig Barnshaw wrote:Hi peter, I'm completley new to this field really, I've had a lot of experience in the past using plotters for design work using CAD software but this is a new thing for me. As for the computer side of things I'm quite good at getting things to work and I hope to be making a go of creating stickers first of all for my other businesses and then hoping to progress on to creating them on a proffesional level as a viable business.Thanks.CraigHow many other business's do you have?If you have more than one I would have thought you should have realised that buying cheap kit from ebay is not the way to go, why not just outsource your stickers?just my opinion thoughPeter. The vinyl idea really got me thinking as I do hill climbing events quite often.Craig its quite common for people to come into signs via the motor trade, quite a few examples on the boards that have, including myself.but as a tradesman you should know that cheap tools are false economy, you must be aware that if I said I could do steering alignment with a bit of string, would your body shop help me to set it up?buy the proper kit and software if want to do the job right.good luck with your jinka.Peter.
